After two months preparation, Pete managed to complete the Tough Mudder challenge whilst raising money for the charity Mind Manchester and has already booked himself in for next year! If you don’t know what Tough Mudder is.. think running, obstacles and A LOT of mud!
Mind is an independent charity which continues to support over 5000 young people and adults each year to provide better mental health support.
Pete: “Mind Manchester were fantastic throughout the charity challenge, Joanna was always supportive and gave great advice. We will continue to support the charity as much as we can and would recommend others to do so. We all know that Mental Health has always been a big issue and charities like Mind are providing a great platform to help. We want to help spread the word that there is always someone available to chat so please don’t feel like you’re alone. Tough Mudder also deserves a big shout out, it’s amazing to see so many people getting involved in a huge number of charities.”
